Return & Exchange
At GTEX KSA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all our customers across Saudi Arabia. Please read our Return and Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- A return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
- The product should be in its original condition, with all tags intact.
Please Note:
Customized, embroidered, or altered products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they are received in defective or incorrect condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or embroidered uniforms.
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or negligence.
3. Defective or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will review the case and arrange for a replacement or exchange once the product is returned and inspected.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are issued only in cases of product unavailability or cancellation before shipping.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color (based on stock availability):
- Contact our support team with your order details.
- Ship the item back to our provided address in Saudi Arabia.
- Once received and verified, we will dispatch the replacement product.
6. Shipping Costs
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- In the case of a valid exchange due to our error, GTEX KSA will cover the shipping costs.
